I have been helping people to achieve this every day for the past 30 years, in my Hertfordshire and Harley St consulting rooms and as an adviser and commentator on TV, radio and in the press.
My work involves a combination of psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. Your life and your personality are unique, which is why my approach is personal, practical and finely tuned to your needs and priorities.
Much of my work has a short-term focus, typically between 5 and 10 sessions, but this varies greatly according to need, as does the type of treatment – hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, CBT or any combination of these. In every situation, I provide advice to help develop insights to enable the client to understand why and what has happened so that they can take control of the present, and the future.
